Exchange & Refund Policy

  • All goods sold are exchangeable and refundable but must be done within 30 days after the date order was sent out.
  • In the event a defective merchandise is received, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the date order was sent out.
  • Should the defective merchandise be out-of-stock, the customer can choose to exchange for any item from existing/ past collection or store credit.
  • Please check merchandise upon receiving your package and drop us an enquiry immediately.
  • Style Up will not be providing any returns / refunds / credit codes should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
  • For any exchanges/returns, do contact us to arrange our courier to pick it up. Do bear in mind, a printer is required on your end to print the shipping label.
  • There will be no cost on your end unless you wish to send it back via your own method.
  • A drop off at our retail store can also be done at the opening hours from Fridays to Sundays, 2 to 9pm.
